Overview

This Privacy Notice explains Concentrix’s policy regarding the collection and use of personal information and describes the rights you have in relation to your personal information.

In this notice, “Concentrix,” “Concentrix’s,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Concentrix Corporation and its affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, or one or more Concentrix organizations, each of which may constitute a separate legal entity. The controller of personal information is one or more Concentrix organizations that perform the relevant services, contracts, website operations, recruitment, customer support, or other processing activities.

Certain Concentrix organizations located outside the European Union may appoint representatives in the EU to act on their behalf where they carry out data processing activities subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Detailed information regarding such representatives and related contact details may be obtained through Concentrix’s official privacy-related channels or data protection department. Similarly, some Concentrix organizations may appoint representatives in the United Kingdom for the purpose of complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation.

Concentrix processes personal information for various purposes. For example, when you visit Concentrix’s website, provide Concentrix with detailed contact information to receive marketing information, or apply for a job posting through Concentrix’s recruitment website, Concentrix directly collects your personal information. In addition, where Concentrix provides professional services or operational services to your employer or service provider, Concentrix may process your personal information, for example, in the course of reviewing your work-related information, customer support information, system access information, or payroll and contract-related information for the company you work for. Finally, Concentrix may also obtain personal information from publicly available sources such as LinkedIn. This Privacy Policy applies to all of the above cases.

Data Covered

In this Privacy Notice, “personal information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, or online identifier. Personal information may also refer to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of an individual.

This may include special categories of personal information, also referred to as special category data, from which an individual’s characteristics may be defined or inferred, including the following:

Racial or ethnic origin
Political opinions
Religious or philosophical beliefs
Trade union membership
Genetic data
Biometric data
Physical or mental health or condition
Sex life or sexual orientation
Personal information relating to criminal convictions and offenses is also included.

Your Rights in Relation to Personal Information

You have the following rights in relation to your personal information.

The right to access personal information Concentrix holds about you

The right to correct your personal information, for example, if it is incomplete or inaccurate

The right to opt out of receiving marketing communications

The right to restrict or object to the processing of personal information, or to request the deletion of personal information, in certain circumstances and in accordance with applicable law

The right to receive a copy of personal information you have provided to Concentrix in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, known as “data portability,” in certain circumstances and in accordance with applicable law

The right to withdraw consent where you have voluntarily provided personal information or otherwise consented to the use of your personal information

The right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, as described in the “Complaints” section

Complaints

If you are concerned about a violation of privacy laws or any other Concentrix policy, please contact your primary Concentrix contact or Concentrix’s Global Privacy Officer. Concentrix’s Privacy Officer will investigate your complaint and inform you of how it will be handled.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence, refer the matter to a competent court, or proceed in the manner specified in the relevant agreement entered into with Concentrix.

Transfers of Personal Information

Concentrix organizations operate in multiple countries around the world. Certain parts of Concentrix’s infrastructure, including IT services provided to affiliates and related companies, may be managed centrally. In addition, where Concentrix’s customer service activities are performed across more than one jurisdiction, certain information may need to be accessed by all relevant personnel within the Concentrix organization responsible for the matter. Accordingly, your personal information may be transferred to and stored in countries outside the country in which you are located. This may include countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and countries that may not have laws providing an adequate level of protection for personal information under EU or other applicable laws.

To ensure the security and integrity of personal information transferred within the Concentrix organization, Concentrix implements appropriate security measures and legal safeguards. Where personal information originating from the EEA is transferred across borders within the Concentrix organization, Concentrix implements necessary contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards in accordance with applicable European data protection laws. These safeguards require Concentrix organizations worldwide to apply consistent standards for the protection of personal information.

Concentrix and its U.S. affiliates process personal information in accordance with applicable laws and relevant data protection frameworks, and where necessary, may comply with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, the Swiss-U.S. DPF, or equivalent appropriate data transfer mechanisms.

Your personal information may also be processed by Support Providers that support Concentrix’s internal support processes. For more details, please see the “Support Providers” section.

Security

Concentrix ensures the confidentiality and security of information obtained in the course of its business operations. Access to such information is restricted, and policies and procedures are in place to prevent loss, misuse, and improper disclosure of information. Other Reasons for Disclosure

Your personal information may be disclosed in the following cases.

Where the disclosure is consistent with the purposes described in the “Purposes for Processing Personal Information by Concentrix” section, including disclosure within the Concentrix organization

Where required by applicable law

In connection with a reorganization of the Concentrix organization or a merger of a Concentrix organization with another organization

Where such disclosure is considered appropriate for the performance or enforcement of collaboration agreements or other contracts, or for the protection and defense of Concentrix’s rights, property, or safety

To comply with legal proceedings, court orders, other legal obligations, and to respond to regulatory or governmental inquiries

With your consent

Please note that in certain jurisdictions, Concentrix may have a legal obligation to report suspicious transactions and activities to relevant regulatory authorities under anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, insider trading, and other laws. Concentrix may also report suspected criminal activity to the police and other law enforcement authorities. It may not always be legally permitted, or may not be permitted at all, to notify you in advance of such disclosures.

Support Providers

Concentrix transfers or discloses personal information collected by Concentrix to third-party Support Providers, including their subsidiaries and affiliates, that work with Concentrix for the purpose of supporting Concentrix’s internal support processes. For example, Concentrix works with Support Providers to provide: (a) general office support, including printing, documentation and administration, archiving, and translation services; (b) accounting, finance, and billing support; (c) IT functions, including system administration and security, data storage, data analytics, business applications, and the replication and duplication of systems for business continuity and disaster recovery purposes; and (d) conflict checks, risk management, and quality reviews.

It is Concentrix’s policy to engage third-party Support Providers that are obligated to maintain an appropriate level of data protection, security, and confidentiality, and that comply with all applicable legal requirements when transferring personal information outside the jurisdiction in which it originated. For data collected in the EEA or relating to data subjects located in the EEA, Concentrix requires appropriate transfer mechanisms to comply with applicable law.

Keeping Personal Information Up to Date

Concentrix maintains the accuracy and completeness of the personal information it holds. If your contact information or other personal information changes, it is important that you notify us so that Concentrix can keep the information up to date. Please contact your primary Concentrix contact. You may also contact Concentrix’s Data Protection Team.

Minors

Our site is not intended for use by minors under the age of 16. Concentrix does not knowingly collect, disclose, or sell personal information of minors under the age of 16 through its site. If you are under the age of 16, please do not provide personal information, even if a request for personal information is displayed. If you believe that you have inadvertently provided personal information, please have your parent or legal guardian notify us, and we will delete it.

Retention

It is Concentrix’s policy to retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in “Purposes for Processing Personal Information.” Please note that retention periods may vary by jurisdiction and are determined based on local regulatory requirements and professional record retention requirements.

To comply with professional and legal requirements, establish, exercise, and defend Concentrix’s legal rights, and maintain records and historical information, Concentrix may need to retain information for a significant period of time.

Changes to This Privacy Notice

Concentrix may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in its practices and services. When Concentrix posts changes to this Privacy Notice, Concentrix will revise the “last updated” date stated at the top of the notice. If there are material changes to the way personal information is collected, used, or shared, Concentrix will notify you by prominently posting the changes on its website. We encourage you to review this page regularly to stay informed of any changes to this Privacy Notice.
